Results within several days! Very pleased.

I have seen the biggest improvements with this red power. I take it first thing in the morning and finally work up to a full scoop. It has kept me very regular and less bloating. Loving it.

I have done several gut protocols but my symptoms always come back. After listening to Dr. Alexis on the What's the Juice with Organic Olivia, I gave HMOs and Red a shot. I purchased Dr Alexis's protocols off her website, read through them all, and followed them exactly. It's only been 30 days, but I am seeing benefits and could not be more excited. I will do a follow-up after 90 days. My best advice would be to go slow. It's tempting to just add in a full scoop.

I’m able to “slip up” on things I eat, drink, bad sleep, stress, schedule changes, etc without experiencing so many immune related symptoms. Also, getting back on track feels easier and smoother. I’m really happy with this product!

I am having deeper sleep and very vivid dreams with this product which I take as a good sign of strengthening the brain-gut axis.

I have noticeable energy after taking the reds and hmo powders. I am on my second jars of both.

I like that it has no taste of its own and you cannot tell it is in whatever I add it too.

My kids just drink it with no issues since it doesn’t have a taste. I will keep buying it for them.

I add this to my smoothies daily I haven’t tasted it in its own but in a smoothie I like it. I had weird stomach pain the first day I tried this so I cut back and incorporated it slowly and I never had any issue since.

It’s been about a 3 weeks of taking this daily I have been able to add more fiber to my diet without discomfort. I still experience bloating but it’s much better. I would expect it to keep improving over time using this product.

This was a really helpful and reliable tool to help me understand where in my diet I needed support. I could actually confirm some of the potential imbalances based on mineral testing I’ve done. This can’t account for absorption, but still very helpful if people are looking for a place to start to balance their nutrition!

I first purchased LAYER Origin prebiotic and took for about 6 months because a friend said it could help with constipation which it may have helped some. In the last few months I have been taking the tri-prebiotic supplement instead which is more specific to this issue. I have had some success but it is still an issue I am dealing with. BUT I HAVE NOTICED what may be the best benefit to me from these powders thus far is this: at least two or three times a year for a number of years I have suffered greatly from sinus infections, allergy’s and post nasal drip both of which almost put me over the edge every time and cause much anxiety. I haven’t had one issue at all since I have been taking LAYER ORIGIN and that is the only thing I have been doing differently that I can attribute it to. That in itself makes it worth taking every single day. I am very healthy, I’m very active and get plenty of sleep I eat quite well and I have been learning to drink plenty of water.
I definitely recommend it.

My daughters and myself have all had great results by taking this product. For one of my girls, she has struggled with constipation her entire life. While she still has healing to do, she has been going more regularly with less effort (for which I am SO thankful!).

I have been focused on healing my gut for the past year and feel like the addition of this product has added another layer of healing. My bowel movements have regulated and I have more energy than before - will definitely continue taking!

It’s only been a week, but I really enjoy the combination of the reds, whites, and greens! I mix them all together with a little bit of yogurt before my meal and it helps dissolve the pectin as well as tastes good. Interested to try it on kefir as some others have recommended. Slowly increasing my intake and up to 6g/day.

My digestion is better than ever. Skin and hair are glowing! I’m sleeping better because it has helped me so much with indigestion. Probably will buy again :)

Awesome product, helps me digest my food so much better than usual and there's absolutely no taste or trace of the powder.. I dissolve it in sparkling water personally. Amazing. This will be my go-to product

I am just a couple weeks into the protocol with the HMO, Reds and Apple peel powders. No noticeable difference yet in bloating, but hopeful.

The flavor is nice and it dissolves well. I'm only a week into the protocol with the HMO and Apple Peel powder and no real difference in my bloating yet. But I will continue and hopefully feel a positive change. Packaging is not my favorite with the large plastic containers.
